Market Data Vendors
Bahrain Bourse licenses specialized Data Vendors to redistribute market data in accordance with license agreements. Companies interested in becoming an authorized redistributor of market data should contact our Business Development team by emailing: [email protected].

Market Data Packages
  • Market Coverage (Real-Time Data or Delayed Data): Market Coverage product is provided through BHB’s live data feed or through delayed data (delayed by 15 minutes). The information covers both Level 1 and Level 2 data. The data is in the form of a FIX Protocol and the data transmission is available during normal trading hours. The transmitted data contains information for every instrument traded on Bahrain Bourse. There are two connectivity options available a) through a leased circuit facilitated by market data vendor; or b) through a leased VPN connection supplied by Bahrain Bourse.
  • Historical & End-Of-Day Data (EOD): Bahrain Bourse provides a daily standard package containing the basics of market data. The license covers the right to distribute Historic Information and covers access to BHB’s End-of-Day Database Information Product.
  • Corporate Actions: Bahrain Bourse provides a daily corporate actions package covering all market news and company announcements made by Financial Instruments listed on Bahrain Bourse which is provided through a web module.
  • Issuer Information: Bahrain Bourse provides limited delayed information relating to one individual Issuer, solely for the purpose of display on the Website of the Issuer or its affiliated companies.  
  • Website Ticker: Bahrain Bourse provides limited market data information delayed by fifteen minutes from time of original dissemination for use by website presented in a Website Ticker. Fee is payable per Website. A notice must accompany the presentation of Information explaining that the Information is delayed by at least fifteen (15) minutes. This License Fee is not applicable for the display of a Website Ticker on the Licensee’s own Website(s).
  • Information Vending Enterprise License  (Limited Business Use): This product provides Market Coverage real-time data for the Licensee’s Group Users plus up to 50 Users at Business Use Subscribers. Under this package, the first connection to BHB’s primary data center is inclusive.
  • Information Vending Enterprise License  (Unlimited Business Use): This product provides Market Coverage real-time data for the Licensee’s Group Users plus unlimited Users at Business Use Subscribers. Under this package, the first connection to BHB’s primary data center is inclusive.
  • Information Vending Enterprise License  (Unlimited Use): This product provides Market Coverage real-time data for the Licensee’s Group Users plus unlimited Users at Business and/or Private Use Subscribers. Under this package, the first connection to BHB’s primary data center is inclusive.
  • Trading Enterprise License:This product provides Market Coverage real-time information for use and distribution by members of Bahrain Bourse only to Private Use Subscribers, via Services which enable Subscribers to trade securities on Bahrain Bourse. The license covers Licensee’s Group Users plus unlimited Private Use Subscribers. Under this package, the first connection to BHB’s primary data center is inclusive.
  • Subscriber Enterprise License: This product provides Market Coverage real-time information for use of Subscribers, but with no distribution rights.  Subscribers who contract directly with BHB to use but not distribute Information received by Subscriber either direct from BHB or from any Distributor. The license covers all Users within Licensee’s Group, irrespective of source of Information. Under this package, the first connection to BHB’s primary data center is inclusive.
